Terms and Conditions

1. To register for online booking customers must have a valid email address and hold a valid Momentum Fitness, Fitness and Spa, Fitness, Spa or Aqua membership.
2. The person registering for online bookings must be the holder of the membership card being used and is the only person permitted to make a booking.
3. Currently only fitness classes are available to book online. Members can only book classes included in their membership.
4. All members must have their card swiped either at a kiosk or reception on each visit and a receipt collected to give to the instructor.
5. Bookings made online can be cancelled by simply clicking the 'X' against the class to be cancelled.
6. Failure to attend or cancel a booking will result in the casual rate for the activity being payable prior to making future bookings.
7. Online bookings may be made up to 7 days in advance.
8. Should you need to change an online booking/request a transfer you can contact the centre by email or telephone giving your membership number and booking reference.
9. Telephone and email queries will be dealt with during normal centre/office hours of the relevant centre.
10. All classes are subject to availability. The centres reserve the right to alter or cancel classes and to shut areas of the centre for essential repair and maintenance when necessary. Centres will endeavour to make suitable alternative arrangements.
11. Online customers must comply with all the terms and conditions of use of Ards, Comber and Portaferry centres and membership as set out in the Leisure Ards and North Down Admissions Policy. Click here
12. Ards, Comber and Portaferry centres reserve the right to withdraw access to the online booking service from anyone who misuses the service or who does not follow the conditions of use. The centres have the right to disable any user membership or password at any time if they are perceived to have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
